LPC学園の由来

LPC学園グループという名称には、私たちが大切にしている “人生に寄り添う教育と 支援” という理念が込められています。

LPC は Life Partnership（ライフパートナーシップ） の頭文字です。

これは「一人ひとりの人生の伴走者でありたい」という想いから生まれた言葉です。

学びの場では支えあい、進路の面では寄り添い、仕事・生活・キャリアの成長に並走、人生の困難や挑戦にともに立ち向かうという、長期的かつ信頼に基づいた支援を、一生を通して提供するグループでありたいという、私たちの願いの象徴です。

さらに、LPCの3文字には、

P：Partnership（つながり・支援）
C：Care（思いやり）／Community（地域・仲間）

という、複数の意味を持たせてあります。同時に、教育・キャリア支援・福祉・国際交流など、多様な事業領域をつなぐ理念をも表現しています。
